The following is the slide show from our Sept. 15, 2015 meeting. Teresa from The Stitchin' Tree gave our program. She has developed several BOM series, including Women of the Bible, Have a Little Faith and the Ten Commandments. The blocks were free on her site for the month and now she sells the patterns. She said these BOM have been very popular. Click HERE for a link to her site.

Our guild, The Piecemakers, sponsored a Quilt Turning on July 24th, 2015 at the Harrison County Fair. We had more quilts to show than ever before, it seems a lot of people really enjoy it. It's a great way to show quilts, antique, recent ones and ones made for a special celebration. It was well attended. Enjoy the slide show....

Marilyn Routh, from Whiting, Iowa, presented our program to us on quilt restoration. She talked to us about how to repair a quilt and many things to think about restoration. The first pictures on the slideshow are the antique quilts that Marilyn brought to show us. It was a very interesting program and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Enjoy the slideshow..

This is a slideshow of our meeting on March 17, 2015. Grace Errea was our program and she gave a lecture and a trunk show. Her quilts were sensational and it was inspiring to look at them. She taught a class the next day and it was very informative to learn her technique on making fusible quilts. I hope you enjoy the show...
